Macaroni Cheese
Ingredients
- 1kg Batchelors Cheese Sauce Powder
- 100g Dried Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons pepper
- 3kg quick cook (5 minute) pasta
Manufacture
Thoroughly mix together everything but the pasta in a large bowl. Bag up
portions of 150g of pasta with 55g of this mixture.
Portion Size
Serves one hungry person, or share between two or more with other food.
Cooking
Add to a pan with 500ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Then simmer
for about 7 minutes (until the pasta is soft and the sauce has thickened).
Cheesy Mushroom Noodles
Ingredients
- 750g Batchelors Cheese Sauce Powder
- 317g Maggi mushroom soup mix (one packet)
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3kg noodles (medium thick work well - packets are usually 500g)
Manufacture
Thoroughly mix together everything but the noodles in a large bowl. Bag up
portions of 125g of noodles (500g packets split easily into four chunks)
with about 45g of mix.

Serves one hungry person, or share between two or more with other food.
Cooking
Add to a pan with 500ml of cold water and bring to the boil. Then simmer
for about 7 minutes (until the noodles are soft and the sauce has thickened).
Catch a Chilli
Ingredients
- 100g dried onions
- 100g red lentils
- 100g cornflour
- 50g Maggi Bolognese Mix
- 200g dry TVP "mince"
- 1 heaped tablespoon chilli powder
- 1 heaped tablespoon salt
- 2 heaped tablespoons Maggi mushroom soup mix
- 50g dried mixed vegetables (1 packet)
- 2500g rice (any variety with cooking time of 10 mins or less)

- 100g dried mixed vegetables (2 packets)
- 1800g rice (any variety with cooking time of 10 mins or less)
