Documentation for 1.4.x

The documentation is supplied with Survex in HTML, PDF, and plain text. It's also possible to produce an all-in-one-page HTML version but this seems less useful than the multipage version - if you'd like it let us know.

For your convenience, we also allow you to browse the HTML documentation online.

The .3d file format specification is documented, though if you're wanting to read and/or write .3d files, we recommend using img.c and img.h where feasible.
